How long do I have to request a return?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.
The item must be returned in the exact condition in which you received it: unworn, unwashed, unaltered and with all its tags and accessories.

I have received a damaged or faulty product: what should I do?
If your item has any defects, you can easily return it.
If you have a My Account, go to the "My Orders" section, select "Request a return" and specify the issue.
If you don't have a My Account, please contact our Customer Service team.
Once we receive your return and verify the defect, we will proceed with the refund request.
Please note that we can only accept items in their original condition. We will keep you updated via email throughout the process until your refund is confirmed.

I have a My Account: how can I return a product via courier?
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return and an additional 14 days to ship the items back. The process is quick, simple and completely free.
If you have a My Account, you can submit your return request directly from your profile. Here's how:
- Log in to your account.
- Go to the "My Orders" section, select the order containing the item you want to return and click on "Request a return". Make sure to select a date within 14 days of submitting your request.
- Ensure the items are properly protected by using appropriately sized packaging.
- Attach the return label that the courier sent you via email to the package.
You will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your return as soon as it reaches the designated facility for shipment to our warehouse.
Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, our Quality Control Office will inspect its condition. If approved, you will receive a confirmation email and the refund will be processed. If the return does not meet the required conditions, our Customer Service team will contact you.
Please note that returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was delivered. If sent from a different country, it may be held at customs.
If you choose to use a different courier, shipping costs will be your responsibility. We recommend selecting a tracked shipping service to monitor your return at all times.

If you don't have a My Account, you'll need to contact our Customer Service team via phone or email to request a return:
- After submitting your request, you will receive a return authorization email containing a label to print and attach to your package, along with the tracking number and the courier's contact number.
- Ensure the items are properly protected by using appropriately sized packaging.
- Arrange a pickup with the courier by calling the number provided in the email or visiting their website. Make sure to schedule the collection within 14 days of requesting the return.
Please note that you cannot use the same return label for multiple packages. If you wish to return products from the same order at different times, you must initiate a separate return process for each item and follow the instructions provided for each return.
